Ed is a serial Entrepreneur and has started numerous business ventures over the years — some very successful and others not so much. But, they all have helped him learn about people. When he founded OMT Consultants he knew he had found the thing he loves to do. Ed discovered he was very much a people person.
Ed is active in his Church as a Deacon and a leader in his community group. He is also a group leader with Celebrate Recovery, a Christian Ministry to help people recover from and cope with their hurts, hang-ups, and habits.
Ed spends a lot of time with his family, most of whom live in the Metro Atlanta area, which includes two sisters, two daughters, one son, and their spouses, as well as three grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and outlaws. He enjoys fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Ed is also a passionate college football junkie in general, and a loyal UGA Bulldog fan.
Searching for the right talent and recruiting has been a part of Bob’s professional career for over three decades. Previously, as a Certified Hotel Administrator, putting together award-winning teams to achieve the overall service needs throughout first-class properties; then, in the professional baseball arena looking for the best amateur talent for Major League Baseball consideration and drafting, all roads led to the continuing use of recruiting principles to match the right IT specialist with the best corporate opportunity.

Dave is a seasoned executive with operations and marketing experience spanning from Fortune 500 technology corporations to high tech startups. Dave’s experience running a successful lead generation company the past 18 years brings hands on expertise managing day to day operations to OMT Consultants. He understands how to take a vision or plan and implement it into winning operations strategy for the business.
Dave is married with a wife, five children, and six grandchildren. He attends Perimeter Church in Johns Creek and is actively involved in ministries there, where he shepherds men in their growth as productive church members. He enjoys walking and weightlifting at his local gym.
Jeannie is a seasoned recruiting professional, with over 28 years of experience in providing solid staffing solutions to clients in the IT industry. And, she is all about PEOPLE! Whether it’s a hiring manager or a candidate she is interacting with, Jeannie is all about crafting the staffing solution that provides a win for all the parties.
She is recognized as a “cut above contributor,” with strong ethics and character, who generates professional trust, credibility, and authentic relationships. Jeannie always exhibits a high sense of responsibility; determination to get things done and done right.
John places top IT talent for both contract and permanent positions with large and mid-sized companies as Vice President of OMT Consultants. His background is in ERP, and he specializes in assisting higher education IT leaders hire permanent and contract resources needed to design, install, and maintain higher education ERP systems.
John has learned that IT leaders are looking for a partner to assist them in solving their most difficult challenges. Carefully listening to his clients enables John to determine their specific needs and find the top talent needed to meet those needs. Building long term authentic relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and credibility is the foundation of his success.
John built his career managing IT at Oglethorpe Power, Equifax, and MARTA, Atlanta’s rapid rail transit system. He led the planning, design, and installation of ERP systems in collaboration with business leaders. He built and managed large teams composed of IT and business resources, prepared and managed IT and project budgets, and advised executives on business process improvement.
Later John advised CIOs and other executives from Fortune 500 companies on best practice strategies as Managing Director at The Information Management Forum, IT Advisor at The Hackett Group, and Benchmarking Manager at Deloitte Consulting.
John and his wife Toni live in Marietta, GA and enjoy time with their children and four grandchildren. John especially enjoys introducing his grandchildren to outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, camping and golf. John and Toni are members of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church where John is a lay eucharistic leader and a men’s group leader.
Since joining OMT Consultants, John now enjoys bringing employers and candidates together. John has worked with many clients, including an IT manufacturer, resellers from a small, focused company on computer memory, to large accounts. Over time, he has found that resellers have a keen awareness of the need for professional services.
Even when John worked with large resellers, who have engineers on staff, they only staffed for their top product lines. His clients frequently had to engage with his competitor because they had the services to support his clients. John’s appreciation for professional services, like those that OMT Consultants offer, grew as his clients became disappointed he couldn’t provide services on time.
